2 down, 10 to go

I have now been travelling for 2 months, 3 weeks of those solo. Times flies past!

What's to come?
India & Nepal are done.

Over the next couple of weeks, I am heading - now to be precise - to the upper most north and the Thai/Laos border at Chiang Khong - slowly as at the latest I need to be there the 13th when my visa expires - on the Thai side. Then cross the Mekong River into Laos. Then hopefully a 2 day slow boat down the Mekong to Vientiena the capital. Then back into Thailand.

Time certainly flies fast Dan thats for sure! I can't believe its been 2 months already. Look forward to your next blog.

I'm leaving Dunedin on saturday for Hanmer then Christchurch to fly to London on 16th! Not long now. I finish work on Friday, can't wait, I'm so over work this past month, will be so good to have a long break from it.

Thanks Dave. Yes I'll be continuing to visit the blog and see what Dan is up to now!!
And yes looking forward to a true family christmas, being together instead of apart for a change.
