Mini Bus from PP to 20km along the Mekong, then a Cambodia boat to the Cambodia/Vietnam.
Then a Vietnamese Boat to Cha Doc. The a mini bus from Cha Doc to HCMC - A note, many citizen of HCMC still refer to HCMC as Saigon.
